Software: Prestashop

Version: 8.0.30

Problem: On logging into Prestashop and trying to add products , you encountered an error like the following;

SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1142 DROP command denied to user ‘database_user’@’localhost’ for table `database_user`.`ps_layered_filter_block`

Solution: This can be a trickly one but the best soution is this particular error is to make sure the root user has the right priviledges. Please see the image below;
